Check your Chili's gift card balance online

- Enter the card number from the front.
- Add the PIN from the back of the card.
- Submit to see the remaining balance.
What you'll need
- Card number — on a physical Chili's card or in your eGift email.
- PIN — the code required alongside the number.
Other ways to check
- Ask your server at any Chili's to run the card and tell you the balance — no charge.
- Call Chili's guest services with the card number for an automated readout.
- Your receipt after paying with the card usually prints the leftover amount.
If the balance won't load
- Re-enter each digit; a mistyped number is the frequent cause.
- A same-day purchase can take a few hours to activate.
- Still blank? Restaurant staff can look it up at the table.
Chili's card showing $0?
Casual-dining cards are common gifts around the holidays, and one that wasn't activated at the register reads empty. Confirm it hasn't been used; if it's untouched, bring the card and receipt to a location so a manager can check it.
Got a Chili's card you won't use?
There's no rush to spend it — hold onto it for a future meal, or regift it to someone who frequents Chili's. You can also link the card in the My Chili's Rewards app so the balance is ready whenever you dine, and use small leftovers to offset a bill. (Note: FlipGift's escrow marketplace only handles shippable retail-store cards, so a Chili's card isn't something we can buy — though if you hold a card from one of the ~198 retailers we cover, you can sell that here.)
