Fanatics military discount: 15% off with ID.me, and who it leaves out

Yes — Fanatics takes 15% off every order, and adds free shipping to US, P.O. box, APO and FPO addresses, for active duty, National Guard, veterans, retirees, first responders and their spouses and dependents, verified through ID.me at checkout. It cannot be combined with any other promo code, and it does not apply to gift card purchases. Without verifying anything, someone holding Fanatics credit can place your order and you pay 8–40% less than the checkout total, with your money held in escrow until it arrives. Up to $470 of orders they can cover, at 8%–40% off. Publish your order and the match usually happens within minutes.
Buy at Fanatics for lessWho qualifies
Fanatics runs the discount through two ID.me groups, and its own FAQ lists who is in each.
- Military (Troop ID): active duty, National Guard, veterans, retirees, and their spouses and dependents.
- First responders: police officers, sheriffs, state troopers, corrections officers, federal officers, firefighters (career and volunteer), EMTs and paramedics — active or retired.
Nurses and 911 dispatchers are not on Fanatics' list. Some coupon pages say they are, and some quote 25%; Fanatics' own page says 15% and names the groups above.
How to apply it
Choose the Troop ID or First Responder button in the ID.me box at checkout on fanatics.com and sign in to ID.me. Once you are verified, ID.me passes the 15% to the cart automatically, along with the free shipping. Fanatics' FAQ covers fanatics.com only; it says nothing about the team shops Fanatics runs inside stadiums and arenas, so do not count on the discount there.
What it does not cover
- No stacking. The 15% cannot be combined with any other promo code, so when a sitewide sale runs on a code, you get one discount or the other.
- No gift cards. A Fanatics gift card bought with the discount is not allowed.
| Group | Discount | Verified by | Where |
|---|---|---|---|
| Military, veterans, spouses, dependents | 15% off + free shipping | ID.me (Troop ID) | fanatics.com |
| Police, fire, EMS, federal officers | 15% off + free shipping | ID.me (First Responder) | fanatics.com |

| Teachers, nurses | None | — | — |
Is there a Fanatics student or teacher discount?
No. ID.me, which runs Fanatics' group discounts, lists none for students, teachers or nurses. Student Beans and UNiDAYS carry Fanatics listings, but what they show is clearance — "up to 58% off college clearance" — and Student Beans marks it "for anyone to use". It is the public sale, not a student price.
What Fanatics gives everyone else
FanCash, the currency of the free Fanatics ONE program: up to 5% back as FanCash on purchases in the Fanatics app (1 FanCash = $1), spendable on fanatics.com and the app. Earned FanCash expires a year after the purchase that earned it, and the program page lists the earning on app purchases, not on the website. When the 15% is not yours, or not enough
The route below does not ask who you are. A seller holding Fanatics credit they will not use places your order on fanatics.com and ships it to your US address; you pay them 8–40% less than the checkout total — the jersey, the shipping and the tax together — and the money only moves once you confirm the parcel arrived.
What it depends on is a seller with Fanatics balance, which the card above shows live. How escrow buying works →
