ASOS Gift Card Balance — Add It to Your Account

ASOS keeps gift card value on the account rather than on the card: add the code and PIN under Payment Methods, and the balance then shows in your account and at checkout.

You must be signed in to your store account to view this balance.

Add it, then read it

Sign in to ASOS, open Account Settings → Payment Methods, and add the e-gift card by entering its code and PIN. From then on the balance sits on the account: it appears under Payments in your account area and again at checkout, where it is applied automatically to the order.

There is no anonymous card-number form. If you are looking for one in the footer, that is why you cannot find it.

No stores to fall back on

ASOS is online-only, so the "take it to a cashier" route that rescues most gift card problems does not exist. The account and customer service are the two options, which makes getting the card onto the right account the important step.

One account, one balance

The most common problem here is a card added to the wrong login — a personal address and a shared household one, or an old account created for a single order years ago. Before concluding a balance has vanished, check which email you are signed in as.

Fashion in volume, balance in pieces

ASOS baskets tend to be several items with returns expected, and a gift card balance interacts with that: refunds go back to the payment method used, so a gift-card-funded order that is partly returned comes back as balance rather than cash. That is normal, and it means the number moves more than you might expect between order and refund.

When the code will not add

Copy the code and PIN from the delivery email rather than retyping. Confirm the region — ASOS runs country storefronts and a card issued for one may not add to another. Allow a newly bought card a little time to activate.

If the styles are not yours

A fashion card for a shop you do not browse is stuck value, and there is no store to spend it in on a whim. On FlipGift you can sell the balance through escrow — ideally before adding it to an account: a buyer's payment is held in escrow, you place their ASOS order from your own account, and escrow releases your cash on confirmed delivery. A flat 2.5% fee is split between both sides, and sellers typically keep 72–88% of face value.

ASOS gift card balance — FAQ

How do I check my ASOS gift card balance?

Sign in, add the card under Account Settings → Payment Methods with its code and PIN, and the balance then shows under Payments in your account and at checkout.

Is there an ASOS balance form without signing in?

No. ASOS keeps gift card value on the account, so there is no anonymous card-number lookup.

My ASOS balance disappeared — where is it?

Check which account you are signed into. A card added to a different household login is the usual explanation.

What happens to my balance if I return an order?

Refunds go back to the payment method used, so a gift-card-funded order returns as account balance rather than cash.

Can I use an ASOS card from another country?

Not necessarily. ASOS runs country storefronts and a card issued for one may not add to another.

Can I check the balance in a store?

ASOS has no stores — the account and customer service are the two routes.

Can I sell an ASOS gift card?

Yes, through FlipGift escrow, ideally before adding it to an account: you place a buyer's ASOS order from your own account and escrow pays you on delivery, typically 72–88% of face value.

Don’t need your ASOS card?

Sell it via FlipGift escrow — the code stays with you the whole time. You redeem the card yourself to deliver the buyer’s order, and the buyer’s money is held until delivery is confirmed. Sellers typically net 72–88% of face value.
