Coach's own support says gift and e-gift cards are redeemable online, by phone, and in Coach stores. On a physical card the 16 digits run across the back with the PIN beside them under a scratch panel. An e-gift card carries both in the delivery email, and pasting them from that email avoids the transposed digit that reads to a checker as an invalid card rather than a typo.
