Crocs Gift Card Balance — Phone or Store

Crocs does not publish an online balance form. Its own terms give exactly two routes — a Participating Location or 1-866-306-3179 — and "Participating Location" is narrower than it sounds.

The most reliable way to check this balance is by phone.

What the terms actually say

Crocs' own gift card terms are unusually specific, and both halves matter:

"You can check the balance by request at a Participating Location or by calling customer service at 1-866-306-3179."

And separately, on redemption: the card works at Crocs-owned stores in the U.S., Crocs-owned kiosks in the U.S. ("Participating Locations"), and online at www.crocs.com.

"Crocs-owned" is doing the work

Crocs are sold in department stores, shoe chains, outdoor retailers and supermarkets. Almost none of those are Crocs-owned. A shop full of Crocs is not obliged to take a Crocs gift card, and the terms draw that line deliberately. Before you travel to spend a card, confirm the location is a Crocs store or kiosk rather than a retailer that stocks the brand.

So how do you check it?

Call 1-866-306-3179 with the card number to hand, or ask at a Crocs store or kiosk, where the register reads the card directly. Both are free. Third-party sites offering to look up a Crocs balance are not Crocs, and they want the two numbers that let anyone spend the card.

Your receipt is the third answer

When you use a Crocs gift card, the receipt shows the remaining balance. If you have shopped recently, that slip is faster than a phone call and does not require the card number at all.

Jibbitz, sizes and small remainders

Crocs sell at price points that leave odd remainders — a pair at $54.99 against a $60 card, and then a decision about $5.01. Charms are the natural place that goes, which is presumably the point of selling them by the each.

If the card is not going to be worn

Footwear is fit and taste, and a Crocs card given to someone who does not wear them is a common outcome. Rather than a purchase made to use up a card, you can sell the balance through FlipGift escrow and keep the card entirely: the buyer's payment goes into escrow first, you place their Crocs order with your own card, and escrow releases your cash on confirmed delivery. A flat 2.5% fee is split between both sides, and sellers typically keep 72–88% of face value.

Crocs gift card balance — FAQ

Can I check a Crocs gift card balance online?

Crocs' own terms do not offer an online balance form. They give two routes: a request at a Participating Location, or a call to customer service on 1-866-306-3179.

What counts as a Participating Location for Crocs?

Crocs-owned stores and Crocs-owned kiosks in the US. A retailer that merely stocks Crocs is not one, and is not obliged to accept the card.

What is the Crocs gift card phone number?

Customer service takes balance enquiries on 1-866-306-3179.

Where can a Crocs gift card be redeemed?

At Crocs-owned stores and kiosks in the US and online at www.crocs.com.

Does my receipt show the balance left on a Crocs card?

Yes. After a purchase the receipt shows the remaining balance, which is the fastest check if you shopped recently.

Are third-party Crocs balance checkers safe?

They are not Crocs, and they ask for the card number and PIN — the two things that let anyone spend the card. Use the phone line or a Crocs store.

Can I sell a Crocs gift card I will not use?

Yes, through FlipGift escrow: you keep the card, fulfil a buyer's Crocs order with it, and escrow pays you on delivery — typically 72–88% of face value.

Don’t need your Crocs card?

Sell it via FlipGift escrow — the code stays with you the whole time. You redeem the card yourself to deliver the buyer’s order, and the buyer’s money is held until delivery is confirmed. Sellers typically net 72–88% of face value.
