Fashion Nova Gift Card Balance — Two Card Types
Fashion Nova issues two kinds of gift card that do not cross over: an e-gift card is online only, and a card bought in a store can only be spent in stores. They are checked differently too.

This is the whole question here, and getting it wrong wastes an afternoon.
E-gift card — bought online, delivered by email. Usable online only. To check it, enter the gift card number and the email address from the order on the balance page. Note what is missing: no PIN. The order email is the second factor.
Physical gift card bought in a Fashion Nova store — usable in stores only. There is no online form for it: show the card to a sales associate, who reads it at the register.
A card from one side will not work on the other, and no amount of retyping changes that.
The other route
Customer support takes gift card questions on (800) 866-0286, and any Fashion Nova retail location can check a physical card.
Why the email matters
Using the order email instead of a PIN has a practical consequence: if the card was a gift, the checker wants the buyer's order email, not yours. That is the single most common reason a valid Fashion Nova e-gift card refuses to show its balance — the person holding it is entering their own address. Ask whoever sent it.
Fast fashion, small orders, quiet drawdown
Fashion Nova price points mean a card lasts across several orders rather than one, and each checkout applies what is available without announcing the remainder loudly. Checking before a cart is built saves the surprise at the payment step.
If the balance will not load
Confirm the card type first. Then check the email address character for character. Copy the card number from the delivery email rather than retyping it. Allow a little time after purchase for the card to activate.
A card for a shop you do not use
Because the two card types are locked to their own channels, an unwanted Fashion Nova card is stuck value in a fairly literal sense. On FlipGift you can sell the balance through escrow instead: a buyer's payment is held in escrow, you place their Fashion Nova order yourself, and escrow releases the cash to you on confirmed delivery. A flat 2.5% fee is split between both sides, and sellers typically keep 72–88% of face value — with the card number never leaving your hands.
