PUMA Gift Card Balance — It Is on a Different Site
The reason people cannot find a PUMA balance checker is that it does not live on the shop. It lives on giftcard.puma.com, a separate site.
Check PUMA balance on official siteYou are probably looking at the wrong site
Search "puma gift card balance", land on us.puma.com, hunt the footer, find nothing, conclude PUMA has no checker. It does — on giftcard.puma.com, a separate domain PUMA runs for its card programme, and that is where balance enquiries and the card's own terms live.
Enter your PUMA Card number and PIN there and the balance is returned.
Two more ways
At checkout on us.puma.com: click Add a Gift Card, enter the code and the PIN, and the balance appears as it is applied to the order. Useful when you are buying anyway and only want to know whether it covers the cart.
In a store: any PUMA retail store in the US can check the card at the register — the route to use when the PIN panel is damaged.
"PUMA Card" is the same thing
The terms call it a PUMA Card rather than a gift card, which adds to the confusion when you are searching. If the plastic in your hand says PUMA and carries a number and a PIN, the site above is the right one.
Football boots, running shoes and sizing
PUMA sells across sport categories with different sizing conventions, and a card avoids the sizing problem entirely — which is exactly why it gets given and then waits. Nothing is lost by waiting; note the balance somewhere and let the need arrive.
When the lookup fails
Confirm you are on giftcard.puma.com rather than the shop. Copy digital codes from the delivery email instead of retyping them. Allow a little time after purchase for the card to activate. If the PIN is unreadable, a store register can read the card itself.
Zero on a card you have not spent
One pair of boots clears a modest card. Check any recent order and the household first, then keep the purchase receipt — it is what customer service traces if the card should genuinely be untouched.
If the kit is not for you
Sportswear is a specific taste and a specific size. If the card is not going to be spent, you can sell the balance through FlipGift escrow and keep the card and its PIN: a buyer's payment is locked in escrow before anything is ordered, you place their PUMA order with your own card, and escrow releases your cash on confirmed delivery. A flat 2.5% fee is split between both sides, and sellers typically keep 72–88% of face value.
