  1. Open Fandango's official balance page using the button above.
  2. Enter the card number.
  3. Add the PIN from the back of the card.
  4. Submit to see the current balance.

  • Card number — on a physical Fandango card or in your eGift email.
  • PIN — the code required with the number.

Other ways to check

  • Sign in to your Fandango account and add the gift card, where the balance applies at checkout.
  • Contact Fandango customer support if a card won't scan or the balance looks wrong.
  • Your gift email lists the amount that was originally loaded.

Once a Fandango card is added to your account, the credit lives there — so a $0 reading on the card may mean it was already applied to your account and used. Check your Fandango purchase history; if the card was never redeemed, contact support with your confirmation.
