Can you sell a Visa gift card on FlipGift?

Why spending it usually wins

A prepaid Visa spends like a debit card anywhere Visa is accepted, using the number, expiry and CVV. Put it toward an online order, or split a purchase at checkout until it's used up. Don't sit on it: some prepaid cards start charging a monthly inactivity fee once they've been idle, so an old card can show less than you expect — check it in the Visa gift card balance guide.

Anyone who asks you to pay with it is a scammer

The FTC's gift card scam guidance is blunt: government agencies "never demand payment by gift card". If a caller, texter or "buyer" wants the numbers off your card, stop there.
