How to Check Your Roblox Gift Card Balance

Have a Roblox gift card? The PIN on the card is a one-time code you redeem into an account for Robux or credit — there's no separate balance checker. Here's how it works.

How a Roblox gift card "balance" actually works

A Roblox card isn't a swipe card with a running total — the code under the scratch panel is redeemed once, adding Robux or Roblox Credit to a specific account. There's no public checker for an unredeemed code; the value only shows up after it's redeemed.

1. Sign in to the Roblox account you want to credit (use the redeem link above).
2. Scratch off and enter the PIN code from the back of the card.
3. Confirm to add the Robux or credit to that account.
4. The balance appears in the account's Robux total or credit balance.

Other ways to check

• In your account: your Robux balance is shown at the top of the Roblox site and app once signed in.
• Credit balance: any Roblox Credit shows on the redeem/billing screen of your account.
• By support: Roblox support can help if a code won't redeem.

If the code won't redeem

• Enter the PIN carefully — the characters can be easy to misread, and a wrong entry is rejected.
• Make sure the code type matches your region; some Roblox cards are region-specific.
• If it reports as already used, the code was likely redeemed before — see below.

Why your Roblox code shows no value

Because the PIN is single-use, the most common reason a code "has no balance" is that it was already redeemed into an account — once used, it can't be reused or transferred. If the card is new and won't redeem, keep the receipt and contact Roblox support, since a purchase or activation issue is the usual cause.

What to do with a Roblox card you won't use

Once the code is redeemed the Robux can't be cashed out, so the practical choices are to spend it in-game or on the Premium subscription, or — while the card is still unredeemed — pass the code to a player who'll use it.
