The Lowe's military discount — and what it will not stack with

Verified customers in the Lowe's Military Discount programme get 10% off eligible purchases every day, and are automatically moved to Silver status in MyLowe's Rewards.

Getting it set up has one step people trip on: you need your own MyLowe's Rewards account, then you verify military status through ID.me. Eligible spouses need their own separate account rather than sharing one — that is the single most common reason the discount does not appear at checkout.

The restrictions matter more here than at most retailers. The military discount cannot be combined with sale items or with any other discount, including the Lowest Price Guarantee, the 5%-off-every-day Lowe's credit card benefit, volume or special pricing, and manager price adjustments. So on a discounted item it is frequently worth less than the sale price already in front of you — check both before assuming it stacks.

On the senior discount: Lowe's publishes no senior discount programme. The searches for one are answered by a policy that no longer exists.
