Partner Program Terms

1.Who can take part

Anyone with a FlipGift account in good standing. Your partner link is created with your account — there is no application and no approval step. Taking part means you accept these terms and the site Terms of Service.

2.What earns a reward

A reward is earned when someone who created their account through your link completes a deal on FlipGift Escrow and that deal settles — meaning it has passed its clawback window and can no longer be reversed. Deals that are cancelled, expired, refunded or reversed earn nothing.

3.How much

You receive a percentage of the platform fee paid by the side you referred. The platform fee is 5% of the discounted order value, split evenly between buyer and seller — so each side pays 2.5%, and your reward is a share of your person’s half.

On top of the table: a flat $25 the first time a person you referred completes an order as a BUYER. Once per person, paid on the same settled deal as the percentage above, and never for a seller — buyers are the side this marketplace is short of.

Buyers pay more than sellers for the same reason. Levels are based on your lifetime earnings and apply to deals settled after you reach them — we do not recalculate rewards already paid. The $25 is flat and does not change with your level.

4.How long attribution lasts

A person is attributed to you from the moment their account is created through your link, and that referral earns for 12 months. The clock starts at signup, not at each deal, and it is what pays for the $25 up front — a shorter tail bought a bigger number at the start. After twelve months that referral stops earning; anything already paid is yours and is never recalculated. The link itself is remembered in your visitor’s browser for 30 days — if they sign up after that without clicking again, there is nothing to attribute.

5.When and how you are paid

Rewards are credited to your FlipGift balance automatically, normally within minutes of the deal settling, and appear in your partner dashboard with the deal they came from. There is no minimum to earn. The balance is ordinary FlipGift balance — you can spend it on a deal of your own with no minimum. Withdrawing it follows the normal wallet rules: a 2% withdrawal fee (minimum $2) and a per-network minimum, currently $10 on Solana and BNB Chain. A small reward balance therefore goes further spent than withdrawn, and we would rather say so than let you find out at the payout screen.

6.What is not paid

Your own deals, and any account you control.
Deals where you are the other side — if you trade with a person you referred, that deal earns you nothing. Referring counterparties to trade with yourself is not partnership.
Deals by suspended accounts, and rewards to a suspended partner.
Deals that never settle.

7.What cancels a reward

We may withhold, cancel or reclaim rewards — paid or unpaid — where we find:

multiple accounts created by one person to refer themselves;
signups produced by incentivised traffic, bots, or paid clicks that do not represent real people;
deals arranged solely to generate rewards rather than to exchange value;
fraud, chargebacks, or activity that breaks the site Terms.

8.How you may and may not promote

Share your link anywhere you would be happy to be seen doing it: your site, your channel, a review, a forum answer that genuinely helps. Not allowed:

unsolicited bulk messages, comment spam, or misleading advertising;
pages, profiles or ads that imply you are FlipGift, or bidding on our brand name;
promising payouts, discounts or terms we do not offer;
anything illegal in your jurisdiction or ours.

9.Changes and ending participation

We may change the rates, levels or these terms, and will apply changes only to deals settled after the change — never retroactively to rewards already earned. We may end anyone’s participation for the conduct in sections 6–8. You can stop at any time by not sharing your link; earned rewards stay yours.

10.Taxes

Rewards are income. What you owe on them, and to whom, is yours to determine and to declare — we do not withhold tax and we do not give tax advice.
