2. Enter the card number.
3. Enter the PIN and submit to view the balance.

If the balance won't load

Re-enter the number and PIN. Because Aerie and AE share the card, a balance spent at American Eagle reduces what's left here — so a lower figure than expected may just reflect a purchase at the sister brand.
