1. Flip the card over and find the issuer’s website printed on the back.
2. Open that site and choose the gift card balance option.
3. Enter the 16-digit card number, the expiration date, and the security code (CVV) from the back.
4. Submit to see your current balance and recent transactions.

• By phone: call the toll-free number printed on the back of the card and follow the prompts for balance inquiry.
• Keep receipts: after each purchase, note the remaining balance — partial payments are common with prepaid cards and easy to lose track of.

Balance not loading?

• Double-check the card number, expiration date, and CVV — one wrong digit is the most common cause.
