JetBlue gift cards pay on jetblue.com for flights in any passenger name. The seller books the fare you priced — Blue, Blue Plus, Blue Extra or Mint; Blue Basic only if you asked for it — in your exact name with date of birth and gender, puts your email and phone on the reservation, and pays with the card. The confirmation goes to your email.

Verifying a JetBlue booking made for you

On jetblue.com open Manage trips and enter the confirmation code with your last name. You should see your name, the flights, the fare and a ticket number. JetBlue assigns seats at booking on most fares, so the seat you asked for should show too.

Cancellation, and why the payout waits for the trip

JetBlue refunds anything cancelled within 24 hours, and Blue fares and above can be cancelled later for a travel credit; Blue Basic cannot. Refunds and credits go to the booker — the seller — which is why the seller's payout is held until the day after you fly.

What a JetBlue gift card is worth here

JetBlue gift cards list here at roughly 8–15% off. Typical bookings: a Northeast-to-Florida round trip, a transcon in Mint priced on jetblue.com, a one-way to the Caribbean. Fares and rooms reprice by the hour: up to 5% over the total you saw is the seller's to absorb, more comes back to you to approve. The fee mechanics — 2.5% platform fee, how the discount is matched — are on the travel hub.

Booking JetBlue for less

Price the fare on JetBlue's site and post it on the booking form with every passenger exactly as on ID — date of birth and gender included, the airline cannot ticket without them — the route, the dates and the total. A seller with the card accepts within the hour of opening it and books within two; you pay from your FlipGift balance when they accept, look the ticket up under your name, and the seller is paid the day after you fly.

Selling a JetBlue gift card

JetBlue cards have no expiry and no fees. List the balance here and a buyer's jetblue.com fare is how you spend it — booked in their name, paid to you after they fly. A paid request gives you an hour from opening it to accept and two to book; the payout waits until the day after the passenger flies, and cancelling a ticket you booked for a buyer ends an account here.
